Land Of The Fallen Sun
The “True” Celestial Realm cannot be perceived by mortals. What the few legendary heroes (and villains) who travelled there saw was nothing more than a very complex illusion. A mortal may believe he is inside a golden palace, but it is not the plane’s true form. Its true form and most of its inhabitants are beyond mortal sense.
To mortal eyes, it is nothing but an endless foggy sky. The only areas of notes usually belong to powerful spirits or to gods. What each area look like vary, but it is usually an amazing sight. The Celestial Realm has the following traits:
- No Gravity: Specific locations have normal gravity.
- Divinely Morphic
- No Elemental or Energy Traits: Specific locations may have these traits, however.
- Strongly Neutral-Aligned
- Impeded Magic: Spells and spell-like abilities with the good and evil descriptor are impeded.
- Enhanced Magic: All spells and spell-like abilities used within the Celestial Realm may be employed as if they were improved by the Quicken Spell or Quicken Spell-Like Ability feats. Already quickened spells and spell-like abilities are unaffected, as are spells from magic items. Spells so quickened are still prepared and cast at their unmodified level. As with the Quicken Spell feat, only one quickened spell or spell-like ability can be cast per round.
